Today we’re excited to announce the hugely innovative and creative Makers of the Edinburgh Mini Maker Faire 2017!
In its fifth consecutive year, the Edinburgh Mini Maker Faire is the fabulous grand finale of the Edinburgh International Science Festival and will return at Summerhall on Easter Sunday 16 April from 10am to 5pm.
This year makers of all sorts will travel from different parts of Scotland to bring drones, interactive projections, 3D printing, imaginary cities, quirky video games, bamboo bikes, artistic furniture with wood burning, Chinese art and handcrafts, digital instruments, video installations, 3D computer graphics, hands-on activities and much more!
The Maker Faire is a family-friendly day-long celebration of human creativity and invention, which every year, since 2013, fills the Summerhall’s creative spaces, corridors and courtyard with a huge variety of fascinating inventions, strange innovations, curious hacks and many crafts and gadgets.
